Tie-in

Structural member that connects the mast to industrial equipment facilities or other fixed structures, providing side support for the mast.

Overspeed Safety Device

Mechanical safety protection device that prevents the cage from falling, controlled by non-electric, non-pneumatic, and non-manual methods.

Mast Section

Structural frame that supports and guides the cage, counterweight (if applicable).

Interlocking Device

After the cage leaves the landing, the cage gate and all landing gates are locked by mechanical locks and cannot be opened normally. When the cage is moving, if the landing gate or cage gate is accidentally opened, the cage will stop motion immediately.

Rack and Pinion Drive

A forced drive system.

Gear Motor

An integration of a gear box and a motor. The use of a gear box reduces the motor speed and increases the output torque, making it suitable for different operating conditions.

Frequency Converter

By precisely controlling the motor’s power supply frequency and voltage, it runs through the entire process of startup, operation, deceleration, and stop, ensuring the elevator operates stably and is safely controlled.

Programmable Logic Controller

It achieves the precise operation of industrial elevators by real-time collecting, logically computing, and outputting control for the switching values and analog values of industrial elevators in accordance with preset programs.
