Steel Structure

As the core load-bearing skeleton, it is fabricated from high-strength steel plates, ensuring a robust and reliable structure. The modular design supports adjustable spans to accommodate various blade profiles, enabling precision docking and stable attitude control.

Hoist Assembly

Coordinated multi-hoist control enables smooth lifting and fine-tuning of the blade’s orientation. With precise response, it ensures high-efficiency alignment at all critical connection points.

Power System

An integrated independent power supply allows autonomous operation without external power sources. It provides stable power for electronic and hydraulic systems, making it adaptable to diverse working environments.

Release System

The system supports automatic release and forced manual unlocking during power failure. Position feedback and limit protection prevent jamming or accidental triggering. The leading/trailing edge interlock design prevents simultaneous slippage of the slings at both ends.

Clamping Mechanism

The mechanism is hydraulically driven with automatic pressure-sensing stop. The multi-degree-of-freedom spherical joint conforms to the blade's curved surface, working with wear-resistant rubber pads to achieve stable, damage-free clamping.

Electrical Control System

The system utilizes a PLC control system with wireless remote operation. Real-time monitoring via load, pressure, and position sensors enhances automation and controllability throughout the lifting process.

Sling and Shackle

Flat slings are made of high-strength synthetic fibers, providing flexible support to prevent surface damage to the blade. Shackles are forged from high-strength alloy, ensuring reliable load-bearing performance.

Clamping Mechanism

Featuring a "Flexible Gripping + Rigid Locking" design, the mechanism is equipped with wear-resistant, anti-slip soft pads that conform to the blade surface to prevent scratches or indentations. Hydraulically driven with adjustable pressure, it ensures secure locking while accommodating multiple blade models, effectively suppressing wobbling or torsion during lifting.

Tagline System

The system supports real-time blade attitude adjustment and automatic tension control. Equipped with a self-locking braking mechanism, it effectively counters high-altitude wind interference, suppresses oscillation and twisting, and ensures a stable and controllable lifting process.

Turning / Pitching System

The system enables precise adjustment and rotation of the blade angle for rapid alignment with the hub, significantly improving installation efficiency and shortening the overall lifting cycle.

Power System

Equipped with an integrated independent power unit, the system operates without external power sources, providing stable and continuous output. Features include emergency start, overload protection, and low-oil-level alarms to adapt to diverse and complex environments.

Hydraulic System
