HORIZONTAL FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM

The horizontal fall protection system, also known as the lifeline, is an anchorage device designed to ensure that the operator can work safely at height where there is a risk of falling, and to allow the operators to work flexibly. It can be mounted in a straight line or with corners, and used for safety protection of different types.

  • The system is arranged along the movement of personnel and can be designed straightly or with corners. When the person moves along the lifeline, the movable anchor does not need to be moved away and it can slide along the wire rope supports.
  • The horizontal fall protection system can be used by several people to work together.
  • When a fall occurs, the horizontal fall protection system can weaken the impact force generated during the fall by buffering and protect the personnel from injury.
  • The horizontal fall protection system adopts high-quality stainless steel which can be widely acceptable in various environments and is easy for maintenance.

PRODUCT DETAILS

End Anchor

The end anchor mainly includes the anchor point and the bracket. It is made of stainless steel 316L. It has passed the CE certification and meets EN 795: 2012.

Intermediate Support

The intermediate support, as a welded member, does not need to be removed because a traveller can pass through it smoothly.

Turn Support

The turn support is mounted for the wire rope to pass a corner, and as welded members, does not need to be removed because a traveller can pass through it smoothly.

Tensioner

The tensioner can be used for tensioning the lifeline and reducing the lateral displacement of lifeline when a person falls, so as to reduce the falling height of personnel and the impact force.

Shock Absorber

The shock absorber plays the role of buffer and reduces the impact force when there is a falling. This, to some extent, can ensure the safety of personnel and weaken the possible impact injury.

Movable Anchor

The movable anchor can move along the lifeline and pass the intermediate anchor and turn anchor kits smoothly, and can be assembled and disassembled at any position on the lifeline.

Wire Rope

The wire rope diameter is 8 mm, and it can be made of zinc coating, stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316.
