CWP 2025: A Look Back at 3S LIFT’s Highlights
The China Wind Power 2025 (CWP 2025) concluded successfully on October 22. Marking its 17th consecutive year at the event, 3S LIFT has consistently witnessed and contributed to the robust growth of China’s wind energy. With continuously evolving technical expertise and systematic solutions, we remain at the forefront of innovation in wind turbine climbing and safety.

This year, 3S LIFT made a strong impression with an innovative “three-island” exhibition layout, focusing on three core business areas: turbine tower lifting solution, fall protection and escape systems, and nacelle and energy storage fire protection solution. The display highlighted our safe and efficient solutions tailored for the era of larger wind turbines, showcasing our accumulated technical experience and innovation capabilities in the field.
01 Exhibition Highlights
Rack and Pinion Service Lift – Redefining tower climbing safety with an innovative design, this product stood out as the star of our booth. It replaces traditional steel cable guidance with a rack-and-pinion system and uses a sliding power supply instead of trailing cables, resulting in safer, more stable, and efficient operation. It can also be installed during the turbine hoisting phase, significantly improving construction efficiency and addressing the industry challenge of limited climbing access during tower installation.

Upgraded Climb Auto System – Designed to minimize safety risks from improper operation, this system includes a personal fall protection detection feature that ensures operators are correctly harnessed before startup. Its anti-pinching function monitors weight changes on the step plate to prevent accidents caused by external pulling or squeezing, adding an extra layer of intelligent protection.

Rack and Pinion Climb Auto System – Offering clear advantages over traditional systems, this unit can be pre-installed in the tower and used during construction, much like the rack and pinion service lift. Guided by a rack instead of rails and wheels, it operates more smoothly and safely. Without steel cables, it reduces maintenance and replacement costs, leading to lower overall operational expenses.

3S Evacuation and Rescue Device – Compact and built to withstand extreme temperatures and salt spray, this kit features an active cooling brake mechanism for smooth transmission and high load capacity. It enables longer, well-balanced descents. The upgraded rescue version includes not only controlled descent but also lifting assistance, locking, anti-rollback, and dual-lock functions—making it adaptable to more scenarios while improving safety and rescue efficiency.

3S Self-Retracting Lifeline – With quick-response braking and short stopping distances, this device can handle loads of up to 190 kg, offering reliable performance in the event of a fall. Its internal components are made from high-standard materials such as 316 stainless steel and aerospace-grade aluminum. The housing has a triple-layer protective coating, meets IP68 & IP69K ratings, and passes GB oil resistance tests, ensuring excellent performance in harsh conditions.

New Fire Safety Systems – We also introduced new energy storage and wind fire safety solutions. Fires in battery containers and wind turbine nacelles can spread rapidly and are challenging to contain. 3S LIFT offers an integrated smart fire protection solution featuring full-range sensing, combined detection and control, rapid response, and efficient suppression. By combining high-precision sensors, intelligent control algorithms, and effective extinguishing systems, it provides end-to-end protection—from fire detection to emergency response—strengthening safety in energy storage and wind power applications.

02 Forum Participation
Beyond the exhibition, 3S LIFT was invited to speak at the Offshore Wind Forum, delivering a presentation titled “Emergency Escape and Rescue Scenarios & Solutions for Tower Lifters in Wind Turbines.” The talk outlined risks faced by wind industry workers and shared our systematic approaches and solutions for emergency escape and rescue inside turbines.

03 Media Engagement
The event attracted attention from the organizer’s media team and several industry outlets. Through product highlights, live streams, and in-depth interviews, 3S LIFT showcased its latest innovations and technical strengths in wind and energy storage safety, reinforcing our brand presence across multiple channels.

As CWP 2025 comes to a close, 3S LIFT remains committed to moving forward with the industry. Guided by our mission to protect workers and driven by technological innovation, we will continue to advance in wind turbine access equipment, safety systems, and smart fire protection—better serving those who work in demanding environments.
