Product Details

Safety Device

If the descending speed of the hoist exceeds the rated speed, the device will automatically lock and the hoist will stop immediately. The power to the hoist is cut off.

Tie-in

The tie-in is a key supporting component that anchors the hoist to the building structure, restrains tower sway, transfers lateral loads, and ensures safe and stable vertical lifting of the equipment.

Drive Unit

The gear motor of the construction hoist drives the pinion to move up and down along the rack. This allows the rollers to travel up and down the mast.

Mast Section

The mast section is a primary load-bearing structural component that forms the main body of the hoist, provides vertical guidance for lifting, can be extended by adding sections as needed, and supports the weight of both equipment and personnel.

Variable-frequency Drive (VFD) Unit

The construction hoist is equipped with a VFD unit, allowing control of key features such as hoist control logics and smart voice module.The car features smooth start and stop operation, enhancing ride comfort for passengers.
