Boiler Maintenance Platform

A suspended maintenance platform that can move up and down the inner wall of the furnace

It is composed of suspension devices, platforms, traction hoist, SafeLock, electrical control systems, wire ropes, and other main components, mainly used for engineering operations such as repairing and maintaining refractory materials, membrane walls, and spray gun interfaces in household waste incinerators.

Multiple safety guarantee system

  • Dual fall protection systems are independently configured for personnel and platforms to prevent overturning and ensure safety.
  • Equipped with upper limit, it will automatically stop in place to prevent top impact.
  • Equipped with a manual descent system, it can manually descend in case of emergency, achieving a safe landing.
  • It is equipped with an overload protection system to ensure that when the platform is overloaded, it can only descend and cannot ascend.

  • Adopting lightweight aluminum alloy material is used for easy transportation and installation.
  • It has two modes of operation: panel operation and handle operation, which can be switched according to the working conditions.

Key Features

  • The combination suspension platform without scaffolding, only requires 4 sets of wire ropes to be placed through the reserved holes on the top of the boiler, and the platform can be lifted and lowered by traction hoist.
  • Limit plate: Set the upper limit, and adjust the height and position.
  • (Customizable) camera or helmet: Real-time monitoring of safety hazards on the platform to protect personnel safety
  • Lifting hoist and overload detection device: Drive the platform to descend and ascend the towers, preventing it from overload operation.
  • Upper limit switch: Protects the platform from exceeding the safe distance.
  • SafeLock: Avoid the platform over speed descent.
  • Electrical control system: Control the operation of the platform, and its alarms sound in case of an emergency.
  • Wall roller assembly:Telescopic arm can be adjusted to maintain the distance between the platform and the inner wall of the boiler.
